Yesterday, students should have received a physical copy of the flyer for our Better Burger Fundraiser at Five Guys Burgers & Fries. This Sunday, September 20th, when you show your flyer, 20% of your purchase will be donated back to Hauser Jr.-Sr. High School. You must present a physical flyer or this digital version when you place your order. If your child didn't make it home with a flyer, another one will be sent home on Friday! Please share the word, and flyer, with all of your friends and family, and show up on Sunday to support our school!

Congratulations to our August Jets of the Month!
Each month, our teachers nominate students who they believe deserve recognition for their hard work and positive character, while students nominate teachers who they feel go above and beyond to make a difference.
But being nominated is an accomplishment, too! Every student who receives a nomination gets a special locker magnet recognizing them as a Jet of the Month nominee. Our monthly winners receive an additional prize to celebrate their achievement.
Our winning teachers receive a special "Jet Employee of the Month" car topper to proudly display (on their car or in their classroom)!
We are so proud of all our nominees and winners! Thank you for being the kind of Jets who work hard, lift others up, and make our school a better place.

Today we hosted our annual Extracurricular Fair to showcase to all students the ECAs we have to offer. Students were able to interact with current members and sign up for more information!

Advanced Government started the year off with some fun by *trying* not to laugh... it didn't work. Jewell had everyone laughing and was the unofficial winner of the day by bringing in the most out of pocket item to class!
Every Tuesday is an early release day for both Hauser Jr.-Sr. High School and Hope Elementary. Hauser Jr.-Sr. High School dismisses students at 2:20 and Hope Elementary dismisses students at 2:25. Please make arrangements for your student accordingly.

The Bartholomew County Health Department is hosting a Back to School Health Fair on July 23 from 2:00-5:00 PM. Free haircuts, immunizations, dental screenings, and door prizes!
The Bartholomew County School Supply Assistance Program is available for Flat Rock-Hawcreek students. Students in grades K-12 who meet income guidelines are eligible to receive free basic school supplies. To register you can call (812) 375-2216.
