IC 20-26-5-44.2 requires not later than July 15 of each year, each school corporation and charter school shall report on the school corporation's or charter school's website the following:
- The name and publisher of the school corporation's or charter school's adopted reading and writing curricula, listed by grade level.
- Amplify ELA published by Amplify is utilized in Grade 7

Amplify ELA published by Amplify is utilized in Grade 8
- Information regarding remedial programs provided by the school corporation or charter school, including the grade levels for which the remedial programs are provided.
- Hauser utilizes formative assessment data from in class assessments, ILEARN, PSAT, and SAT to determine intervention plans for students. Students are typically grouped together by their skills needing reinforcement and assigned to meet with a teacher during their resource period. Groupings of students and skills being worked on change regularly as new student data is analyzed.
- Contact information of a designated administrative contact who can provide information regarding the information described in subdivisions (1) and (2).
