Ms. Kaylie Fougerousse

This English Class.

If you dread reading these little "about me" sections, you are by no means obligated to read this. However, if you are looking for a little more information, here is where you will find it! If you are wondering if Ms. Fougerousse is another crazy English teacher, the shortcut answer is yes. Ms. Fougerousse received her B.S. in Secondary English Education and a minor in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington. After student teaching on the Navajo Reservation, Ms. Fougerousse taught English in Southern Indiana for two years. Before coming to Hauser Jr. Sr. High School, she completed her M.A. in Contemporary Literature, Culture, & Theory at King's College London. She now teaches English 10, English 10 Honors, AP Literature, and AP Language. Ms. Fougerousse's research interests revolve around the impact of neoliberal educational policies, the effective implementation of pluralistic literature and composition, and the implementation of culturally responsive curriculum.
